1. Before returning anything
Email mind00feel@gmail.com before sending a product. Include your order number and reason for contact. International buyers must obtain return instructions and the correct return address in advance. Do not send a parcel to the studio or any address found elsewhere without confirmation.
2. EU/EEA statutory withdrawal
A consumer in the EU/EEA generally has 14 days from the day they, or a person nominated by them other than the carrier, receives the goods to notify Layerstudio that they withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For multiple goods delivered separately, the period normally starts on receipt of the last item.
Send an unambiguous email or use the model withdrawal form. Using the form is optional. After notifying Layerstudio, send the goods back within 14 days following the supplied instructions.
3. Condition and handling
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for reduced value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is helpful for safe transport but an unopened-box condition is not imposed as a blanket requirement.
4. Return shipping
The buyer pays ordinary return shipping costs. This allocation is subject to mandatory law. Layerstudio pays or reimburses necessary return costs for a product confirmed to be defective, incorrect or damaged where required by law.
5. EU/EEA refunds
Where statutory withdrawal applies, Layerstudio refunds payments required by law, including the original standard outbound delivery charge. Extra cost chosen for a more expensive delivery method need not be refunded. Refunds are made using the original payment method within the legal deadline, but Layerstudio may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or the buyer supplies evidence of return, whichever occurs first.
6. Personalised goods
The withdrawal exception for goods made to consumer specifications applies only to a product genuinely made to individual requirements or clearly personalised. Ordinary made-to-order production, choosing Matte Black or Soft White, and normal 3D-print layer lines do not by themselves remove the withdrawal right.
7. Buyers outside the EU/EEA
For buyers outside the EU/EEA, contact mind00feel@gmail.com before returning an item to receive instructions. The buyer is responsible for ordinary return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, incorrect or damaged, or mandatory law provides otherwise. This policy does not replace mandatory rights in the buyer’s country.
8. Defective, incorrect or damaged items
Contact us promptly and include photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label where useful. We may ask for reasonable information needed to assess the issue. Do not return the item until instructions and an address are provided. Confirmed claims are handled through repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as required by applicable law, without charging the buyer necessary return costs for a confirmed defect.
