1. Seller and scope
These Terms apply when a consumer orders a Layer Bear through this website. “Layerstudio” is a Latvia-based seller. Contact: mind00feel@gmail.com.
2. The product
Layer Bear is a 70 cm physical, 3D-printed indoor display object, available in Matte Black or Soft White and as a single figure or pair. It arrives in parts and requires assembly. Fine layer lines and small variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing; they do not excuse a defect or a failure to match the agreed description.
Standard products are made to order, but that fact alone does not remove a consumer’s right of withdrawal. A withdrawal exception is considered only where a product is genuinely made to the buyer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised.
3. Prices, VAT and shipping
Prices are displayed in EUR. A single Layer Bear is €99 and the pair is €178. Standard shipping is €20 for each Layer Bear to supported destinations. The checkout shows the product subtotal, shipping and total before payment.
For destinations outside the relevant customs territory, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, handling charges and customs fees requested by the carrier or customs authority before or on delivery.
4. Ordering and payment
You can review and correct your items, quantities, contact details, country and delivery address before selecting the payment button. The final button identifies the amount payable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe using the methods Stripe offers for the transaction. Layerstudio does not receive full card details.
Your submission is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms successful payment and Layerstudio sends the order confirmation, unless mandatory law provides an earlier point. If payment fails, the destination is unsupported, or the address cannot be served, no order is accepted.
5. Confirmation and records
An order confirmation is sent to the email supplied at checkout and identifies the accepted Terms version. Keep that email and invoice. You are responsible for supplying a working email address and complete, accurate delivery information.
6. Production, delivery and delays
Production normally takes 1–5 days and may occasionally take up to 7 days. Delivery estimates vary by region and appear in the Shipping Policy. They are estimates, not universal guarantees. Customs, security checks, remote-area handling, weather and carrier disruption may cause delays. Layerstudio will use reasonable efforts to inform you of a material delay and will respect mandatory delivery remedies.
7. Cancellation and withdrawal
Contact mind00feel@gmail.com promptly if you want to cancel before dispatch. Once dispatch preparation has progressed, cancellation may need to be handled as a return. Consumers in the EU/EEA have the statutory withdrawal rights described separately in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Buyers elsewhere receive Layerstudio’s stated voluntary return policy plus any mandatory rights that apply in their country.
8. Damage, defects and legal conformity
Inspect the parcel after delivery. If it is damaged, incorrect or defective, contact us promptly with the order number and useful photographs. Do not discard packaging before receiving instructions. Confirmed defective goods are handled without charging the buyer for necessary return shipping.
EU consumers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity and available remedies under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights, including rights that may apply in the buyer’s country of habitual residence.
9. Complaints
Send a clear description, order number and requested resolution to mind00feel@gmail.com. Layerstudio usually responds within a few hours, but a reply may take up to a few business days. Latvian consumers may seek guidance from the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC). Cross-border EU consumers may also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Layerstudio is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate buyer information, unlawful use, ignoring supplied safety instructions, or events outside reasonable control, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
11. Governing law and changes
Latvian law governs these Terms. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protection available under the law of a consumer’s country of habitual residence. Courts and dispute-resolution rights remain available as required by applicable law.
Changes apply only to future orders. The version accepted for an existing order remains the relevant version for that order.
